OLIVER T. ERNST
Oliver has 15 years of experience in different financial institutions, amongst them Lloyds TSB Private Banking - from 2007 to 2013 - as a Relationship Manager for the External Asset Managers Department and from 2013 to 2014 as a Vice-President for the External Asset Managers Department at Société Générale Private Banking. During his professional experience in private banking, Oliver has developed a solid knowledge of the Swiss financial intermediaries’ industry and in 2014 he founded Ernst Invest, an investor relations boutique focused on presenting private equity investment opportunities to a targeted audience of investors in Switzerland and abroad. Since 2016, Oliver is an Associate Editor at Point de Mire, a Swiss independent financial publication.
In 1999, Oliver graduated with an MBA from Business School Lausanne and he was inducted to the Business School Lausanne Alumni Hall of Fame in 2012 and awarded the “Contribution to a Sustainable Future Award” in recognition of his contribution towards eliminating cancer as a life-threatening disease for future generations during his role as Ambassador for UICC - Union for International Cancer Control (2010-2014).
Since 2011, Oliver is Secretary General and Treasurer of “ART for The World”, an NGO associated with the UNDPI (United Nations Department of Public Information). The Honorary President is Mr. Michael Moller, Director General of the United Nations in Geneva. The Founder and the Director is Mrs. Adelina von Fürstenberg, Golden Lion's winner for the Best Participation at the 56.Venice Biennale 2015 and Swiss Grand Prix Meret Oppenheim, 2016.

Marya joined Ernst Invest in 2016. She holds a Master's degree in International Management (2017) and a Master's degree of Engineering in Business Information Systems (2018) from University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. She wrote her thesis in FinTech and innovative technologies: "Innovative models of Fintech startups".
In 2016, Marya won the 1st prize of the Swarovski Challenge of St. Gallen Business Game (organized by the University of St. Gallen - HSG), a two-and-a-half-day case competition where one hundred Master students from universities all across Europe compete amongst each other to solve real-life case studies provided by leading Swiss and international companies.
During her Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marya worked as Operational Assistant at Barclays Capital Development Center and as HR Assistant at Epam Systems.
In 2018 Marya became a member of the Swiss Private Equity & Corporate Finance Association (SECA).
